1. Appointments
1.1 All treatments and services are strictly available by appointment only.
1.2 Our clinic operates with a locked-door policy. Each client is provided with a unique door code prior to their scheduled appointment to ensure privacy, safety, and a fully personalised experience.
1.3 Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at the discretion of the clinic.
1.4 If you are running late, please notify Celeste on 0407 805 525 as soon as possible.
2. Booking Policy
2.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of scheduling.
2.2 This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of service.
2.3 Alternatively, the deposit may be transferred to secure your next appointment, provided the cancellation or rescheduling terms are met.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours’ notice will allow the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.
3.3 Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
3.4 Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show” and may impact future booking eligibility.
4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatment at Vitamin Cee Aesthetics & Wellness.
4.2 Clients under 18 will not be treated, even with parental or guardian consent, in line with AHPRA and TGA guidelines.
5. Treatment Disclaimer
5.1 All treatments are provided by a qualified professional with appropriate training and experience.
5.2 Treatment outcomes may vary between individuals, depending on unique skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare compliance.
5.3 Information provided by Vitamin Cee Aesthetics & Wellness, whether in-person, online, or in writing, is general in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
5.4 Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, allergies, conditions, and medications during consultation to ensure treatment safety.
5.5 The clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
6. Advertising & Compliance
6.1 All advertising and promotional material is created in full compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Advertising Code and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Advertising Guidelines.
6.2 We do not use testimonials, reviews, or personal statements in our advertising that promote the effectiveness of treatments.
6.3 We do not publish “before-and-after” photographs or any material that could be considered misleading or create unrealistic expectations.
6.4 Any statements regarding treatment benefits are general in nature and supported only by evidence permissible under TGA and AHPRA regulations.
6.5 All treatment suitability, results, and expected outcomes are determined on an individual basis following a consultation with a qualified practitioner.
7. Liability
7.1 Vitamin Cee Aesthetics & Wellness will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications where relevant medical or personal information has been withheld by the client.
7.2 By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and consent to treatment under them.
8. Privacy
8.1 All client information, including personal details, medical history, and treatment notes, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Client records are stored securely and confidentially and are not shared with any third party unless required by law.
8.3 Your information will only ever be used to provide safe, appropriate, and professional care.
