Booking Policy:
- All services are strictly by appointment only. Our clinic has a locked door in which you will receive the door code prior to your appointment. This is to ensure your time spent with us is 100% focused on you.
- Bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit which can either go toward your treatment on the day or towards securing your next appointment.
- We kindly request 24 hours notice of changes/cancellation whereby your deposit can be used to reschedule to another time. Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a loss of deposit.
- If you are running late to your appointment, please notify Celeste on 0407805525 as soon as possible.
- You must be over the age of 18 to receive treatment.
